Our primarily target is to satisfy our client through delivering his projects within deadline agreed on with the top quality and hence saving his time and money. We can work at parity on different projects as at any point of time we can increase our staff as well as subcontractors and also arrange more than one shift if necessary.

2. Coordination with architects and consultants.

Our well structured company allows our architecture engineers, our project management and consultants to revise & submit technical drawings and related time schedules to be well executed on site with maximum supervision levels to guarantee the quality.

3. Planning the project & monthly progress report submission.

Our project management team at the office & at site is always in contact with each other via different ways on top of which is the daily report for each item that shows all the activities and the operation details going on site which allows the company to maximize the control level over the construction process, monitor the timetable and identify work accomplished to prevent any delay that can possibly happen.

4. The project overall administration.

Our administration staff at the office coordinates with those on site to reach high levels of follow up with clients and consultants to provide them with answers & solutions to any inquiries or issues that could rise. Also the administration staff is responsible for all procurement updates to make sure required supply is accurate and on time.

5. Review of structural drawings for projects designed by others.

Our structural consultants act as advisors for the projects designed by others, where they revise and adjust the structural drawing before project start to guarantee smooth flow of work, accuracy and data availability as well as risk free design economically and safety wise according to the required specs and codes of design.

6. Structural activities/operations coordination and supervision.

Coordination between team members is a very important key to success, especially when it entails many parties involvement such as consultants, subcontractors, project management and clients. Our staff is not only coordinating between those parties at high levels of professionalism but also is assessing the project lead time & supervising the detailed work activities with site engineers and quality control engineers to make sure the outcome is beyond satisfactory.

7. Material supply and suppliers.

All our material suppliers are certified according to highest standards.

8. Company priorities: Safety, Health & Environment.
   • Our company top priority amongst all duties is the safety of each and every worker & all labor on site as well as the safety of the public and private properties. Our company duty is to make sure every employee follows and complies with the terms of personal safety and security rules of the company inside & outside the working area.
   • Availability of first aid unit in each location for wounds & emergency cases as well as availability of treatment on site in case of injuries.
   • Maintaining a clean environment and removal of dust and transfer it to the public dumps is one of the most important priorities to our company.
   • Availability of all civil protection apparatus necessary for workers such as helmets, safety shoes, warning tapes, flashlights lighting & fire extinguishers.
   • All IOC employees undergo H & S training in respect of the work to be carried out.
   • All construction equipment are checked & verified for safe use.
9. Social & Professional insurance policy.
   • All company employees, all workers, all engineers & subcontractors working on site are granted social insurance from our company (according to the Arab Republic of Egypt we must be registered according to the National Authority for social Insurance for all employees working in the company). As for temporary and permanent employers & workers our company paid social insurance for each process of work done to ensure coverage of accidents and treatment in accordance with the laws & standards of the State.
   • All the company equipment & tools are insured through certified insurance companies against any emergencies such as fire, theft and damage.
